Staff is rude, orders are very rarely correct, when made right can taste really good but definitely needs work on customer service and owning up to their mistakes, never answers the phone and like I said EXTREMELY rude

I'd tried the chicken bacon ranch before and it was really good, today I enjoyed the drive thru for lunch I called ahead and requested timed order it was timed perfect and you can never go wrong with a traditional pep.
